Fun Activities

Jaguar Paw Cave Tubing and Canopy Tour

Cave Tubing in Belize allows you to become one with nature while taking a short journey through an ancient Underworld where the ancient Maya performed many sacred rituals. Guided by experienced Belizean tour guides, you will venture into the depths of the magical Belizean rainforest, tube down the refreshing Caves Branch River and through spectacular cave systems, which the Maya also believed were the dwelling place of many Mayan gods known as the Lords of Death. This is an exciting adventure you'll never want to end!

Lamanai Ruins Tour

This full day adventure takes you by boat to the mainland of Belize into the old Northern River to the village of Bomba where the local artisans create masterpieces from native wood. From here your chariot takes you for a great ride along the unspoiled Pan American Highway, then onboard the riverboat for a 90-minute leisurely tour on the unexploited wonderland of bird life, crocodiles, turtles, bats and orchids. You finally arrive at the once ancient capital of Lamanai, where the Mayan pyramids tower above the pristine rainforest. Lunch is served by the beach, and explorations afterwards take you along nature paths to various temples and to view the black howler monkeys.

Scuba Diving

Two-tank dives are available every day. The world’s second longest barrier reef in the world is located just ten minutes from the hotel docks. The “spur and groove” diving takes you from one colorful canyon over a coral mountain and into the next canyon where you might find a friendly nurse shark lazing on the bottom or a curious sea turtle.

Blue Hole Dive

Experience spectacular diving at the world famous Blue Hole and Lighthouse Reef. The trip includes three dives. Your first stop will be the Blue Hole, a 1,000-ft circular coral reef that drops 400ft into an incredible cavern filled with stalactites and awe-inspiring natural formations. On your second dive you will go to Half Moon Caye Wall and marvel at the abundance of its marine life. After your second dive, a leisurely beach picnic lunch will be served on Half moon Caye followed by a visit to the Boobie Bird Sanctuary. After relaxing on the palm-fringed beach, you are ready for your third dive at the Aquarium. It was a wonderful day of diving!

Other activities will include bike riding, snorkeling, other water sports, and group dining.
